An experience for people who love wine and food! Take a guided trip through freshly prepared mini-portions of a four course tasting adventure hosted by our Winemaker. As the Winemaker describes the food courses, he will explain why we have chosen each wine as the perfect compliment. Spend a wonderfully relaxing evening in the beautiful Enoteca room on this fabulous taste adventure. Seating is limited, so reserve now. Reservations are required; $65 per person.

Curry & Pepper Spiced Parsnip Soup with Onion Sprouts: A Yummy simple soup without too much heat, excellent for a wintry starter to dinner. The curry spice works wonderfully with the sweetness of the parsnips. Please don’t lick the bowl!
Chilled Shrimp lollipops with Pineapple Chili Dipping Sauce:This is our take on classic shrimp cocktail with a twist, a spicy pineapple twist. The savory aspect of the grilled shrimp combines beautifully with sweet and spicy of the sauce to create an explosion of flavor.
Gorgonzola Beef Tips with Penne Pasta:Tenderloin beef tips, wild mushrooms, sun dried tomato, spinach, blue cheese cream sauce over penne pasta.
White Chocolate Mousse:This is a light and fluffy mousse served in a dark cholocate cup served with a single fresh raspberry and sprig of mint which gives this dessert a nice hint of tartness.
